Here are a few ideas:
Organize: We can help organize storage areas; bring items up/down from locations that are no longer accessible for you. We can assess storage areas and brainstorm on ways to make better use of the space.
Declutter: We can declutter your living space so you can move more freely; with or without assistive devices. We can also surface dust & clean, load & unload your dishwasher and/or laundry machines, handwash small amounts of dishes, folding laundry & putting away.
Meal prep: We can help plan/prepare/make your favourite meals, including picking up your grocery order and putting it away for you.

I continue to strive to make a difference in peoples' lives. Life can be challenging, but it is much easier to navigate when you have a helping hand or even just someone to talk to.
My story…
I have been helping to make peoples' lives better since stepping into the work world; from a Sales Associate in retail home improvement stores, to 17 years as a Kitchen Designer, to being a Project Coordinator for construction companies, to the position that inspired my creation of this company: my mother's Caregiver in her final months.
My mother had Ovarian Cancer and needed assistance in a number of areas, even though she had moved into a retirement residence. I started helping her in January 2023. Speaking with others in her building, I realized many tenants required assistance with a number of daily tasks. My mother, Sandra, helped to start brainstorm some ideas and services for the company.
Sandra passed away July 20th, 2023. After her funeral, the company was launched on September 6th, 2023. We created our marketing tools, and tapped into any free promotional avenues available to us. We knew the majority of our clients would be senior citizens. We knew we needed to go old school and do in-person events, in order to build trust and learn what peoples' additional challenges are.
In November 2025, I moved to Nanaimo, BC to be an "Island Girl". There is a lot of need for my types of services in this area. I am working on rebuilding my networking groups and clientele. And look forward to helping serve the members of surrounding communities.
